The Beyerdynamic M 260 Handheld Ribbon Microphone is an ideal choice for capturing vocals, general instruments and speaker cabinets in live sound reinforcement and recording applications. Its hypercardioid ribbon transducer results in pristine sound reproduction with exceptional sound pressure capability, and a high tolerance against off-axis noise and feedback.
The M 260 features a flat frequency response with a built-in high pass filter (fixed). This results in a warm and neutral tonal response that is well suited for broadcast speech applications, drum overhead capturing and more. A high resistance towards magnetic stray fields and extreme temperatures make the M 260 a great choice in areas with high RF (Radio Frequency) traffic.
