Comments about Quantum Instruments Flash Flip Bracket:
Use the product with my quantum TD5 for wedding candids and portraits. I am able to attach a pocket wizard and D300 easily for vertical and horizontal poses.

Comments about Quantum Instruments Flash Flip Bracket:
NEEDS TO LOCK BETTER WITH NO PLAY IN THE GRIP TO THE BASE AS THIS DOES NOT KEEP THE FLASH IN ALIGMENT WITH THE CAMERA AND THE FLASH BAR DOES NOT LOCK TIGHT TO HOLD THE FLASH IN THE CORRECT ALIGMENT.
Comments about Quantum Instruments Flash Flip Bracket:
This bracket is not well engineered. It is difficult to align with the lens and is not sturdy enough to keep the Qflash from wobbling out of alignment. It is also very much overpriced for the quality you get. One of the models from Custom Brackets would be far superior although more expensive. The Stroboframe is less expensive and still better than the Quantum Flash Flip Bracket.
Expertise: Semi-Pro with 40 years of experience
Problems Encountered: Does not easily align with camera lens and does not hold alignment.
