the VZ Rocker ROCKS! The attachment point is excellent & has a large range due to the dual studs on each side it grips & stays in place unlike some smaller units you are always chasing as they slide in a circle around the arm.
The buttons take a firm push to activate so no accidental recording occurs. The best feature by far has to be the zoom rocker itself, it is super smooth, variable speed and has a very comfortable thumb slot that is great on extended shoots like concerts. I just purchased my 3rd unit and use them on the VZ Media rigs mostly but also on a monopod held above my head for crowded press briefings. The cable is long enough to be useful, it is not a coiled one so it is easy to wrap around things to take up the slack.
All in all an excellent piece of gear at a reasonable price.

This pouch comes for free with the Varizoom Rock controller. It is too big for the Rock controller and doesn't really offer any protection for the controller. Might be good as your kid's marbles bag.
