The Elmo HV-5100XG is a high resolution visual presenter with a built-in 18x optical zoom lens. The unit integrates two overhead florescent lights and a base light to illuminate text, flat art and three-dimensional objects. Its camera head unit rotates completely to capture whatever objects your presentation may require just about anywhere they may be positioned. The zoom lens has auto exposure and auto focus functions. It is NTSC and PAL systems compatible and it outputs RGB, Composite and S-Video signals.
- 18 Times Optical Zoom
- The HV-5100XG has a high quality lens that can be positioned to view items on its table top flat base or even something on a wall. The 18x zoom capability can serve up critical details of small items or show things or people across the room. The lens can be positioned in almost any direction. An electronic lens doubler can be added to the optical zoom to create 36x magnification.
- Frame Accumulation Mode
- When looking at low contrast specimens the visual presenter can use the reflected light from multiple frames and concentrate that light for greater detail. This feature may be especially useful when observing scientific artifacts.
- NTSC/PAL Systems Compatible
- The unit can be used in most corners of the world since it is both NTSC and PAL systems compatible. When interfacing with computer generated graphics, the it will display a native XGA (1024x768 pixels) resolution without compressing the image.
- Built-In Lighting
- In order to display text, flat art, scientific specimens or a 3-D object correctly this presenter has twin overhead florescent light units. It also has a flat table base with lighting. The 5100 folds flat and weighs only about 21 lbs.
- Remote Control
- A plug-in mouse and an infrared wireless remote are both included as remote controllers for the unit. It can also be controlled via outboard computer with the ImageMate software also included. The presenter has USB and RS-232C connectors for computer interface.
