Comments about Lightware Power Kit 1800 Case:
I have a Bowens three mono block kit and the case that came with it held the stands, umbrellas, cords and three mono blocks. But it was super large, hard to handle and a pain to open (all velcro). I already had a couple of stand bags, so I picked out a Lightware case. Before ordering I emailed B&H and asked if they could tell me if my mono blocks, reflectors and cords would fit in the model I chose. They promptly wrote back that it was too small, but they had measured my Bowens mono blocks and matched it to the 1800 case and I'd have room to spare. I've now taken the kit on two assignments and it is not only easier to pack and move from car to studio, it protects the lights much better too.

Comments about Lightware Power Kit 1800 Case:
I am a commercial photographer, so I use my cases all the time. I have some Lightware and some Tenba cases. What I have noticed about my Lightware cases is this: They dont have enough extra give around the zipper, so most of mine have broken the zippers. I can only close them to the point of the break. Each case has marks Ive had to put on them of the location my assistants have to zip to. If they go across that point we are in deep do do.
Also, just an interesting point of interest, though I bought all these cases around the same time, only my lightware cases have dry rotted. The padding just crumbles away. Ive had to trash two cases just today because they are covering my equipment with that sticky dust. In fact I was just thinking about it, even my umbrella bag has done the same thing. Interesting that none of my Tenba cases have done it. And they are somewhat the same things. Im going for Tenba from now on.
