The Electro Voice HTU-2 is a UHF handheld transmitter designed for use with the RE-2 series wireless microphone receivers. The transmitter features a comfortable yet rugged design with an over-molded Warm-Grip handle, reducing handling noise and encouraging proper microphone technique.
The HTU-2 includes the N/D767 cardioid microphone head. The cardioid polar pattern is effective in minimizing noise and ambiance at the off-axis sections of the capsule. The result improves gain before feedback when using nearby monitor speakers. The transmitter will operate up to 8 hours on a single 9-volt alkaline battery.
Note: For system compatibility, the component's frequency MUST match your existing system/component frequency.
The HTU-2 features an ND/767 microphone head. The 767 features a cardioid polar pattern which minimizes noise and ambiance at the off-axis sections of the capsule.
EV patented, Advanced ClearScan technology allows quick, easy frequency setup. Channels are scanned and the clearest channels within the clearest preset groups are automatically selected.
