Comments about Kata T-212 GDC Torso-Pack Sling Case - for SLR Camera or Camcorder with Accessories (Black):

Def a nice camera bag, nice and small and hold alot. I carry a d90 with lense, and 2 additional lense, and also an Ipad in the extra compartment in the back. The only thing I didnt like was that it hangs a little low when you wear it as a sling bag, and it took me a while to figure out how it actually fits. Overall, a very nice bag for someone who doesnt want to carry the large awkward backpacks.

Comments about Kata T-212 GDC Torso-Pack Sling Case - for SLR Camera or Camcorder with Accessories (Black):

So excited when I tore it out of the box. I was looking forward to a light weight way to carry just my camera with a lens and a couple of CF's on hikes. After 30 minutes of trying to figure out how to put it on (looking at the package photos back and forth), got it right and still looked wrong. Finally got it situated, tried to put a Nikon D2X in it. It fit, barely, the bag has a front expand-a-pop-out. It was ugly, it looked awkward, it looked and felt so wrong that there is no way I'd carry my camera in it. As for fitting anything else in there, forget it. The internal compartment has a zipper that partitions it if you have a small camera. Notice I did not say smaller. Don't unzip it all the way like I did. I struggled to get that thing zipped back up for a good 10 minutes. This holster type bag would be ok for a much smaller camera body. I also bought the hip pack for it, not what I expected either. Construction is good, materials are good, design had the right idea, body fit was just plain weird. I would recommend you keep looking right past this one.

Great Adjustable Pack for The Right Amount of Green

Comments about Kata T-212 GDC Torso-Pack Sling Case - for SLR Camera or Camcorder with Accessories (Black):

There are other bags out there that only cost $50 or so that provides the same amount of storage as the Kata T-212 Torso-Pack, but they lack the protection that Kata provides. This bag is very well designed. It has a large flat pocket in the back for maps & paper items, a second large flat pocket for your media items like cords, large batteries and such, and the main compartment in front that is possible to divide with a zipper. In the second large pocket, this pocket is closed by Velcro, and it has a lastic band were you slip in 2 memory CF Cards, and 4 AA batteries. The rest of your items, such as your real camera batteries, cords, pens, what not, are in a mess. (The large flat pocket, and the main compartment are closed with a zipper.)This bag can be worn in the back, just like you wear it in front. It is a very comfortable bag to wear. It has much protection unlike other bags in the price range. It also is connectable to other Kata equipment, like there backpacks. In my Kata T-212 Torso-Pack I carry a D70 with 18-70mm lens attached, a large sigma flash, a tabletop manfrotto tripod, a tabletop manfrotto tripod extension, a medium Velbon tripod head, much other media things. It is just what I have been looking for.
