Great for close pinning some black foil to the flex shaft for cookie effects, also for flagging some light off the subject. Looks well made and should be apart of my lighting set for a while..

Comments about Lowel Flexi-Shaft - Pack of 2:
Perhaps not what Lowel intended, but I use these with a 19-inch chemistry lab stand and lab stand right-angle clamps to suspend small objects for tabletop and light tent photography. A small "A" clamp (sold elsewhere on this website) was attached permanently (small bolt & nut into existing holes) to one end of each Flexi-Shaft. To use for photography, the other end (without "A" clamp) is inserted into the right-angle clamps on the lab stand and objects held by the "A" clamps manipulated into place for shooting. One end of each Flexi-Shaft (where the "A" clamps were attached) rotates to allow fine adjustments of the object being photographed. One Flexi-Shaft will easily support small objects like plants and jewelry, while two together can support an amazing amount of weight.
