See subject line... This thing will go with my light stands every time. I used it to make my own backdrop frame. I bought a 10' piece of conduit, tapped a 1/4 20 thread into each side and used two of the interlink bolts to fix it to the interlink.
There are countless ways to use this thing and it gives great piece of mind to know I'm ready for just about any situation.

I use two of these combined with two light stands and two full poles to make a background support system that packs neatly in my small light kit. The interlink allows up to three instruments to be mounted on the same light stand, or up to four on the background support configuration.
