I use Jewel Cases for DVD distribution, with everything clearly labeled as to what it is. I typically have a picture+text label on the front, text label on the edges, and the program & credits printed on the inside and back.
These inserts are excellent in my old HP Deskjet 970Cse with the print quality settings set to 'Best'. They are a disaster in my far newer Epson Artisan 800 which I normally use for Disk & Insert label printing. I attribute that to the fact that the paper is unusually heavy and stiff. The paper feed mechanism of the HP obviously copes well with that while the Epson equally clearly does not.
