Comments about Lastolite Holder for Diffuser or Reflector:
I returned the diffuser holder because I found it to be a rather awkward, and B&H has other products, such as c-stands and cardelini clamps that are more sturdy and could also be used for other purposes.

Comments about Lastolite Holder for Diffuser or Reflector:
I found that this is impractical for the large flexible scrim that I was hoping to use it for. Though it's long enough to clamp it, it's not strong enough to hold it in real world conditions. Also it's rather cumbersome--awkward even when folded for transport. It's also likely to break under accidental impacts. This item is bigger than needed for small scrims & not up to the task for large ones. B&H sells many excellent items that would serve better, such as a couple of gobo arms from c-stands used in combination. Of course their scrim frame systems are really the way to go for large scrim needs.

Comments about Lastolite Holder for Diffuser or Reflector:
I have had several similar products that weren't strong enough to hold a diffuser or reflector of any size or weight. This one is stronger and more adjustable than the other ones I used. I would have given it 5 stars, but it shares a flaw all such devices share: no counter-balance to take stress off the part that attaches to the light stand. With the reflector attached, the leverage wants to pull the lightstand over. It's almost imperative that you weight down the bottom of the stand. I like the two arms that grip the reflector, and the clamps are the best I've seen on these devices.
