Comments about Yamaha NS-AW350B 6.5" 130 Watts Bookshelf Speaker - Pair - Black:
I purchased 2 pairs of these speakers to replace very old and poor quality ones used for music and a microphone system in the club house of our ice arena. That being said, they will be used only indoors and bought them mainly for the attachment system.
They are surprisingly heavy and seem well built. I think the design shape is a bit odd. They use a convex design curving away from the wall that leaves a large void in back. I mounted them horizontally, as I thought it looked better, but the screen logo does not change directions so it is tipped sideways, which is no big deal. They install very easy and quickly either direction.
They are connected to a 200 watt (100 x2) receiver. I am not a sound expert but am pleased with the results so far. Admittedly, our room has poor acoustics, but the speakers sound better at higher volumes. They lack some bass at low volumes but crank it out well with higher levels.
Overall I think they will serve our needs very well. They were competitively priced versus other speakers with woofers of this size and brand recognition. I did 4 stars because I never rate anything as perfect. I would do 4.5 if the option was there.

Comments about Yamaha NS-AW350B 6.5" 130 Watts Bookshelf Speaker - Pair - Black:
Installed the speakers outside on my patio. The speakers are larger than what I expected and they have very little movement to adjust direction. However, these speakers sound very good and I was surprised with the amount of base. They sound much better than the JBL speakers on my deck.

Installed a pair for the deck. Easy and flexible installation with all the required parts. Sounds great. Size does look a bit bulky but that is why the sound is good. Great value. Recommended

Speakers are mounted under deck overhand facing swimming pool.
Sound Quality is great, bass is better than I expected from such a small speaker/housing
Only complaint (if you can call it that), is I wish the mounts where adjustable in all directions.

Comments about Yamaha NS-AW350B 6.5" 130 Watts Bookshelf Speaker - Pair - Black:
I mounted two of these under the eaves of a small cabin with a large side deck. For the money they have excellent sound and project well over long distances without excessive volume. The only surprise was how large they are. My cabin is very small so the speakers seemed really large, on a full size house they probably wouldn't look so big. I recommend finding a box of similar dimensions to mock-up where you plan to install them. No question I would recommend these to a friend.
