Attaches securely to V- and Tota-lights, providing more control of the light. With the pivoting Tota-shade, you can shape the beam, shade overly bright areas, and cut spill and lens flare. Tota-shades can be attached to each other to make a larger barndoor. You can attach 4 to one light for a conventional barndoor system. (If side panels are desired, top and bottom panels are required for support).

Comments about Lowel Tota-Shade (One Leaf):
I gave it only four stars because I am not sure that I have used it to its fullest yet. It's good to have on hand. They connect and disconnect easily enough.

Comments about Lowel Tota-Shade (One Leaf):
Well made Tota Shade. Has built on clips for gels or diffusion so you don't have to hunt for clothes pins. Each leaf is about $19 so you have to spend around $40 to get a set. A little bit of a rip off since the whole world is made in China nowadays. Probably wholesale they are worth $2. But like all film equipment, it should be treated nicely and it should last a long time.
