Comments about Lumedyne Mini Battery Module with PEPI:

I have had and used the Lumedyne strobe system for many years... The batteries for the strobes are pro-rated and said to last seven years. I got ten years out of mine before I had to replace one.

Comments about Lumedyne Mini Battery Module with PEPI:

These batteries are overpriced, they don't last as long as they should, and the credit you get towards a new one with the guarantee is not worth the trouble. On the other hand, they do work, which is a pleasure.

Just replaced one I bought in 1996. Old one kept taking and holding a charge until recently. I use it with a 200Ws Classic Pack & Modeling Light Head, also with a Mini Mega Cycler with my Canon 580EX. Never a problem -- as many pops as advertised, fast recycle.

I use this battery to power my second light. This thing lasts all day with a thyristor flash. I've used Lumedyne for over twenty years and the product never ceases to amaze me.
