The Double Stacking Filter SM60 from Coronado is a 90 mm H-Alpha narrowband filter with a T-Max 90 tuner. Designed for use with Coronado's SolarMax 90 Telescope, the SM90 is 'double-stacked' onto the telescope's existing front filter to allow a more narrow bandpass (≈0.5 Å) - this results in a dramatic increase in visible details such as prominences and surface features.

This filter is not a stand-alone unit - it must be used with a secondary interference/blocking filter.

Note! Note! This Double Stack filter is not to be installed by the end-user - it must be installed by Coronado's skilled technicians at the Coronado factory.
