The Tele-Pod adjusts from 2-5' (0.6-1.5 m) and can be used with conventional camera heads with 1/4"-20 threaded tripod sockets. The aluminum legs are in 2 sections and have a foam covering on the upper section, with metal ground spikes and rubber feet for a sure grip.
