The practicality and easy of use for this tripod mount is the reason I chose this unit. The bubble level on the mount takes the immediate concern for horizon level photos. This tripod set is one of the best, with sturdy features and easy to use collapsing legs.

This little tripod went from worthless trash back to tripod in one click. The quick release plate connected to the Sunpak 5800D "Platinum Plus" tripod perfectly and its now back in production.

I received a tripod as a gift (he wasn't using it), and it didn't have a release plate. This was a perfect replacement. The idiots at best buy told me I had to buy another tripod...shows you what our future generation has in store for us...
