Comments about General Brand GLF Lamp - 235 Watts/230 Volts:
This is the only lamp I can use with my Lowell Pro light. The first one I bought lasted a long time. The filament in the second one broke when I bunked the side of the light a little against a door jamb while moving it on its stand.
Then the one I bought last week blew for no apparent reason after less than two hours use.

Comments about General Brand GLF Lamp - 235 Watts/230 Volts:
The bulb works great. I use it mainly for videography projects and indie films. I like this light because its not so overpowering. It lets you get good lighting without over-saturating or without having to use a filter or an umbrella, as I would normally do with a brighter, more powerful bulb. The only downside is it takes about 10-15 minutes to reach its peak brightness, so do not start shooting right away or else you end up with 2 lighting scenarios in one shot
