Kowa TSN-DA3 Digiscoping Support Bracket
This bracket's intent is to facilitate placing a non-SLR digital camera near the eyepiece of a spotting scope, allowing you to record the images. It works with the straight or angled Kowa 82mm, 66mm and 60mm series scopes, as well as Kowa's discontinued 77mm and 61mm spotting scopes. You'll need two other things: the TSN-DA1 or TSN-VA1 non-SLR adapter, as well as an adapter ring which matches the size of the filter threads upon your digital camera.
- Works with both straight and angled scopes
- Left/right adjustment of ±2.2" (55mm) for the image recording device's 1/4"-20 threaded tripod socket

I use this Kowa support bracket with a Kowa 88mm angled spotting scope and a Nikon CP8400 digital camera. I also plan to use it with a Nikon DSLR.
The bracket is well made and offers many freedoms of movement both to balance the sytem on the tripod head as well as adjust the camera position with respect to the scope eyepiece.
Even though the bracket is made of extruded aluminum it is somewhat heavy.
The camera post was just tall enough to bring this particular camera into position.
Overall a great product for digiscoping.
