The Samsung UF-80DX is an advanced digital presenter camera that can be used to display anything from text on paper to 3 dimensional objects. It is equally valuable as an educational tool and a boardroom presentation device. The product is comprised of an overhead camera with a zoom lens and a white round base for showing translucent objects. The camera can be moved almost to an infinite range of positions. It has digital outputs to interface with just about any other video or computer device.
Digital Memory Display
The UF-80DX can digitally memorize up to eight still images and can display them individually or on a single screen. A live image and a stored image can be displayed on a split screen and with its shift function each image can be moved to make the other image more or less prominent. Stored images can also be rotated for fast corrections. A zoom feature can digitally increase the size and detail of the image as well.
Selection of Digital Interface
This machine covers the modern digital video spectrum as well as any available. A GUI connector allows the use of a common computer mouse to access the array of functions. A USB port can be used to control various functions from a computer with exclusive USB software that comes with the camera. A DVI connector outputs the images to any other digital video device with uncompressed quality and without degradation of the video signal.
Powerful Zoom Functions
The camera portion of the UF-80DX can be positioned to show almost any type of view of the selected item. The camera has a 14x optical zoom lens ranging from a wide 4.8mm to 67mm. The optical zoom will not degrade the image. For even greater detail the unit has a digital feature that results in a total of 42x zoom.
High Resolution Detail
The UF-80 delivers a high resolution image up to 1024 x 768 pixels- XGA computer resolution. This makes it ideal to be used in tandem with the newest range of video projectors and highly detailed computer generated images.
Optional Light Box
Another base with a built-in light source is available for greater 3 dimensional views and objects like scientific slide specimens. The SLB-80 is optional and sold separately.
