The Apogee X-HD-Card allows a convenient direct connection interface to a Pro Tools HD System, while taking advantage of the superior digital clocking and converting capabilities of the host product, such as the Rosetta 200, Rosetta 800 or the AD-16X and DA-16X. This direct connection effectively extends the life of a Pro Tools System by allowing for additional high-quality hardware upgrades in the future.
The card configuration is done within the session and software updates are readily available for download dependent on which outboard unit the user is using.
- Primary HD port for connecting directly to HD Core or Accel cards.
- Expansion port for daisy-chaining multiple Apogee devices (AD-16X, DA-16X, Rosetta 800 and Rosetta 200)
