Part of Bushnell's Birding Series along with the 7x26 Custom, the roof prism NatureView models are available as either an 8x42 or 10x42 model and represent an incredible value. These lightweight, standard-sized units feature waterproof and fogproof design with great optical quality. The twisting eyecups allow them to be simultaneously shared between those who wear eyeglasses or sunglasses and those that do not, because unlike "peel-down" eyecups you can switch the position of these quick enough to catch a fleeting subject.

Comments about Bushnell 10x42 NatureView Binocular:
Used primarily for viewing wildlife in thick woods and brush.Very good improvement over binoculars replaced. Was a little difficult to get eye pieces adjusted at first but after a few adjustments the black cleared up and the view was very clear.

Comments about Bushnell 10x42 NatureView Binocular:
My husband and I use these binoculars daily for birding. They perform well in the back yard when we need close focus and in the field when we need to see birds far off.
With extended viewing, they are easy on the eyes. I can focus with one finger but don't loose focus when I fumble about. I don't wear glasses so my husband who does just twists up the eye cups to use the bins. They work great! The view is clear, crisp and bright. You would think you were looking through binoculars that sell at three times the price we paid.
After a few hours in the field, these bins do feel a bit heavy. I recommend using a harness in place of a neck strap. This may help with strain on neck and shoulder muscles and even with holding the binoculars a bit more steady.
These binoculars take the wear and tear of the field well. We get a lot of dust and dirt in the wind here in Nevada but the body wipes clean like new with a damp cloth. The lens glass looks perfect after using a lens cleaning pen. The pen has a push-up brush on one end and on the other, a non-liquid cleaner on a pad that is capped when not in use.
We definitely are pleased with all aspects of our purchase and with the B&H Photo website. Our new bins arrived super fast. We are enjoying the Bushnell 10x42 NatureView Binoculars and will be back to B&H Photo for future purchases.
