3M's DWD 7410PEN Digital Pen Sleeve (Red) for Digital Boards and Digital Wall Displays is a plastic jacket for ordinary dry erase markers that lets you use them as if you were writing with 3M's Digital Pen. This clever product lets you write with physical ink while still capturing meeting notes to a connected computer.
Because you're not using a digital projector, you forgo the Digital Pen's more advanced capabilities; but sometimes a simple capture utility is all you need. One advantage of ink over the Digital Pen is that you avoid the shadow effect that can occur if you intercept the projector's beam.
