I've never had a head clog using a JVC tape in my JVC camera for three years. However, I've gotten head clogs using other name brand tapes.

Comments about JVC M-DV60 Mini DV Cassette (60 Minutes):
We are a teen produced video production and performance crew. We use the video tape to record Public service announcements, promotional tapes for youth groups and non-profits, and we make performance videos for organizations such as Vera House, Onondaga Case Management, and schools to show teen issues in an entertaining way.The tape has given us good quality reproductions, and we were able to buy a lot of tapes for a very good price. We use 2 digital cameras, at least twice a week, so we need a lot of tape.

Comments about JVC M-DV60 Mini DV Cassette (60 Minutes):
I've purchased and used a couple hundred of these tapes with my Sony SD and HD cameras and really like them. Number one for me is the good price and two the quality. I've only noticed about 4 or 5 dropouts on all the tapes I've recorded which is a good ratio for over 10,000 minutes of recording.

I have been using these tapes in my JVC GR-HD1 for years without problem. I recently bought some SONY brand tapes [...](in the blue wrapper) and soon started to get "tape head requires cleaning" messages. This lead to sections of the tape unrecorded.I switched back to the JVC tapes and have not had an issue since.[...]Enjoy

Comments about JVC M-DV60 Mini DV Cassette (60 Minutes):
Worked fine no problems. didn't stress the product, just used it.
I have bought other tapes that had more labeling options, which is nice.
This tape had full windows so you can see both reels, which makes it easier to determine how much is used.
Was the best price available on B&H or other sites I researched.
