Does what it says on the box. Secures the camera to required support and allows quick changing between them. I use with Steady cam, tripod and shoulder support. Very stable on steady cam, feel safe spinning camera attached with this adapter whilst setting up. Only negitive comment is that they are alittle expensive hence 4 stars

This adapter is perfect for my camera. One thing about this adapter is you have to make sure it is very securely tightened to the tripod head to eliminate any movement of your camera.
