Comments about Impact Posing Table and Stool Kit:
The stool works fine. It spins perhaps a bit too easy, so that someone who sits on it quickly might fall off, but otherwise I can't complain about it.
The table, on the other hand, is a total piece of junk. The attachment from the plate on the top surface to the column is two small screws, which work loose and then get stripped very quickly. Adjusting them requires removing the plate--which is, ironically, attached to the top surface far better than the plate is attached to the column. The vertical adjustment lock is hard to turn, and you have to put some weight on the bottom and yank hard on the top to raise it up.
And don't even think of having someone lean on the table anywhere but in the center. The top will tear clean off, destroying the two weak screws that hold it in place in the process.
Buy the stool separately if you're looking for a deal, and then buy a more sturdy table.

Use it for portrait posing. Easy to install. Posing stool is good, and easy to use. Posing table is not easy to use (hard to adjust height). Construction seems strong. Sometimes, the parts do not fit (esp for the posing table), but BH will readily get a replacement.

Comments about Impact Posing Table and Stool Kit:
[...] I've owned the posing stool and table for well over a year, use them both constantly and haven't had a bit of trouble. The table has hydraulics, raises and lowers easily and won't go crashing down in the event you loosen the knob and are not holding on to the table. The stool is comfortable, has a lever to adjust the hydraulics and works like a charm. For the price, you can't beat this set and unless you need more it's a great value for doing portraiture.

Comments about Impact Posing Table and Stool Kit:
I bought this last year to use up a credit I had[...] Although the table rises, it will not stay put. I have no idea why the stool will not raise. Maybe you need to be an engineer to put this together and work it, I don't know. Most likely I am going to throw it out.
