The MK Digital Direct Photo eBox Plus is a unique constant-light system that surrounds very small objects such as jewelry and crafts with daylight, or tungsten-balanced, even illumination. It is ideal for anyone who needs to have photographs of small objects produced quickly, easily, and without a degree in Photography.
The Photo eBox Plus looks like a microwave oven, and takes up a fraction of the space of a conventional shooting table with lights. The shooting platform is 10 x 13.5" (25.4 x 34.3 cm). A 7.5 x 3.5" (19 x 9 cm) opening in the top and the 6 x 2.5" (15.2 x 6.3 cm) front slot allow use of different camera angles.
Included with this eBox Plus is a 1' LED Striplight to add sparkle to jewelry stones. Use the accessory kit to position watches, rings, pendants and rings with ease.

Great for small item photography. Allows jewelry to really "shine"...and gives you an edge if you are not a professional photographer.

Comments about MK Digital Direct Photo eBox Plus Fluorescent, Tungsten-Halogen Lighting Kit (120VAC):
This is by far the worst product I ever invested in.While looking very nice on paper, once put in to use it is HORRIBLE!First, the light DOES NOT spread evenly The front opening is small and will not accommodate many professional lenses. It is in most cases impossible to eliminate dark spots reflections from the opening (top or front) especially on silver or glass jewelry. Also the Tungsten-halogen lights reflects into any glass or silver product not to mentioned that if you want to shoot strait on from the front your likely to see the lighting housing in the background.Another reflection problem arise when shooting from the front with the top lead close. The lead does not seal seamlessly and once again you will see a reflection of the crack in your glass or silver items. The universal camera bracket is extremely cheap in quality and is especially useless with professional cameras.I achieved better results with a $40 photo tent and cheap lights.I can’t think of a single positive thing to say about this product! If you’re an armature with money to waste go ahead, however If you're a discriminating professional as myself do yourself a favor and invest in a nice set of lights instead.
