Impact Collapsible Circular Reflector Disc - Silver/White - 22"
This Impact Collapsible Circular Reflector Disc is a versatile lighting tool for in the field and in the studio. It allows you to bring out the shadow detail in your subject, using available or studio lighting. In addition, the colored surface allows you to modify the color of your subject. Your choice of color -- silver or white -- will be determined by the lighting conditions, and your personal preference.
This 22" disc is suitable for headshots, and small still-life setups. It folds down to 1/3 its open size, and comes with a storage sleeve. We suggest the purchase of a pivoting arm and stand, to hold the disc where needed -- especially if you are working without an assistant.
- White produces an even, neutral-colored bounce light that works beautifully as a fill light source for both product shots and indoor/outdoor portraits.
- Silver produces a contrasty light with an edge.

I love the size in terms of being light weight and easy to carry, but my dilemma is that I really have to use a larger reflector for the majority of my work in wedding and portrait photography - that isn't a critique of the reflector, just that I can't get away with going as small as I'd like. For it's size, it's well made and works well for outdoor headshots, macro photography or to bounce your flash. It's a little tricky to get it to fold into it's case the first few times, but gets better with practice.

I gave 4 stars which I think is a good review, as this reflector met my expectations. It appears to be made very well, comes with a zipper pouch and its reflects well. I love the small size, it fits in my everyday carry bag nicely so I always have that added versatility on me when I need it.

I wouldn't use this by itself though, it provided some nice filler, but the 32" WITH this product worked well together

This is a 'must have' for every photographer. This particular model is a 20", 2-sided reflector with white / silver. The 20" size is perfect for packing in a camera bag or backpack because it packs very small and yields a surprising amount of reflectivity.
The design is simple with no covers to slip over and it seems well built. There is nothing to dislike about it.
I used mine most recently on a wildlife outing at a local wetlands. I spotted a Green Heron about to grab some dinner but he was under some brush and shielded from the sun. I had my wife hold this reflector with the silver side out to direct sunlight onto the event about to happen. I had plenty of light and was able to should rapidly and capture the whole scene without worrying about needing a flash and having it not recycle fast enough. I will never go out without it in my bag.
These reflectors are so inexpensive, you should have several with you at all times.

This is a great little reflector, it is easy to store and very light. It reflects the light great.
It I want to get a bit more light in a dark area, I use it and depending on what I am looking for I can angle it just right. The only thing I well don't like is that I need someone to help me at times to hold it so I can take the pictures but other than that it's awesome.
