I love this thing. It is cheap, super durable, and has a thousand uses around the studio. Buy two.

Wish I had 100 of these. They are nice and compact. Great for hiding lights in the ceiling. Little pricey.

Need a baby plate? This does the job. Light, sturdy and plenty of holes for mounting. Not much more I can say about it.

It looks just like in the picture. It will allow me to have my flash unit attached to the ceiling, negating the need for an awkward light-stand and boom setup.

Strong and easy to install. I Used it to mount a light to the wall. I'll probably buy a few more in the future.

I screwed this to a 2x12 joist in the ceiling with 4 1-1/4" drywall screws. It feels rigid. I mount White Lightning flash units to it.

This little plate has come in handy for lighting the undersides and corners of everything we shot this year so far.
