Avenger F810 - Wall Plate with 3" Baby Swivel Pin
A 3 x 5 inch Baby Plate with a 5/8 inch spigot that extends 3 inches and swivels 360° x 180°. It locks with a large handle.
Has 8 anchor points for nails or screws. Hardware is not included.

I'm an indie filmmaker and continually strive to make professional but cheap custom equipment because most of the stuff out there is so over priced.
I got the Avenger wall plate to mount a fluorescent light to a light stand (similar to a Kino-Flo) and it works great.
So with the help of the Avenger plate, I have a fluorescent light that is just as good as a $1000 Kino-Flo (although not dimmable) for under $70!
The plate is extremely well built and I almost feel bad using it for such 'light' duty as holding up my light, but it was the best piece of gear for the job and I'm glad I got it.

If its Avenger it works! I use these as a permenent mount to a custom light. I exchanged the pin for a socket.
