Comments about Zeiss 25mm f/2.8 ZM Lens - Black:
I use the Biogon 25mm as a roughly 33mm equivalent on my Leica M8.2. A perfect moderate wide-angle for the M8M8.2. Right when I opened the package I noticed the solid build and handling of the lens. It's a great size and weight for the Leica M System.
After my first couple of shots I was sold. Tack sharp at all apertures, great warm color rendition, outstanding bokeh wide open at 2.8, and excellent handling and quality. I could not justify paying Six Thousand for the 24 Summilux, so I had to try this before even considering the outlandish cost of the Summilux. Needless to say, the Biogon 25mm will be staying with me, and the extra funds will go to buying more glass.
Overall, this lens is fantastic. The only con I see is paying the extra money for the lens hood. That's not a big deal for M Users, obviously.

Comments about Zeiss 25mm f/2.8 ZM Lens - Black:
The 25mm f/2.8 Biogon T* ZM lives on my M8 most of the time. Great for working / environmental portraits, architecture, people in groups.
Good flare immunity - single small flare or none when shooting with sun just outside picture or in it.
The 25mm Biogon's field of view matches the M8's 24mm frame lines very well at long distances - finally, what you see in the viewfinder is what you get on pixels.
While not quite as sparkling as Leica's latest ASPH lenses, the 25mm Biogon is a very competent image maker - for a third the cost of the 24mm f/2.8 Elmarit-M ASPH.
Don't get me wrong, I love Leica's ASPH lenses for the way they paint images. But you have a choice of rendition versus cost now, where before there was none.
