I'm very please with the range finder's ability to quickly lock onto targets. It's very simple to use and matched the distance that a more expensive unit displayed. This unit is mainly used at distances under 100 yds. for air gunning and the compact size is a definite plus as it easily fits in a pocket. I'd definitely buy this range finder again.

I bought this product to find the yardage to the flag for golf. I planned to use it from about 150 yards to the green. From marked distances in the fairways the rangefinder gave me readings ranging from 20 yards to about 60 yards different, usually a higher number. Sometimes I could get no reading at all. I found the readings to be clear and easy to see but not at all accurate.

I have read reviews on this product all over the internet. Some like it a lot but those that bought it for golf say it is inaccurate and of little use to them. Nikon seems to be the favorite. Just thought you might want to look closely before you buy. I own one and it quit after 6 rounds of golf. Had to send it back to manufacturer and do not know what the charges will be.

It works as intended but you get what you pay for. Bushnell is a budget brand and you can tell instantly looking through the glass that they use the bottom of soda bottles as their lenses.
