With pinpoint resolution that is entirely free from coma and virtually all spherical and chromatic aberration, the multicoated optics of the Nikon Astroluxe 10x70 Binocular provide unbelievable brightness and contrast for those with a serious astronomical interest.  Thanks to its rigorous multicoating procedures, you'll be able to clearly identify stars one half to a full magnitude fainter than those visible with ordinary binoculars of the same 10x70 specification.

The waterproof and fogproof 10x70 Astroluxe has a very rigid all-metal housing with a friendly pebble-grained exterior, and it is known to keep its alignment despite heavy use.  To further enhance your experience, Nikon offers optional angled eyecups, polarizing filters, and a dedicated tripod adapter.

The 10x70 Astroluxe, like every Nikon binocular, is supported by Nikon USA's "No-Fault" lifetime warranty.

Comments about Nikon 10x70 Astroluxe Binocular:

Got the Astroluxe 10x70 to complement our Nikon 7x50 SPs for astronomy and terrestrial viewing. Great image quality from edge to edge, and the individual focus allow you to tailor performance to suit each eye. Details on the moon are impressively revealed and in dark skies the stars seem to leap out of the black background. These Nikons are big, heavy and expensive - get yours now, you won't regret it!

Comments about Nikon 10x70 Astroluxe Binocular:

I use the 10x70mm binoculars for sky watching. The light collection is great. The only problem is that both eyes must be independently focussed and this requires two hands. I have to take the binoculars down and fool around with them and still not know that I have the best focus.

Don't let the price fool you, these binoculars are worth every penny.

Comments about Nikon 10x70 Astroluxe Binocular:

Absolutely amazing binoculars! If you are used to binoculars that are found in the wall Mart Super Stores or even high-end sporting goods stores you will be surprised at the performance of the Nikon 10X70 Astroluxe Binoculars. Especially well suited for night viewing with enough light gathering capability to see very well at night with distant street lights or a full moon. Again, worth every penny.
