This is the perfect size to put in a back-pack not to take a lowepro back-pack for a half-day walking the streets or travelling.
I already got a Nixon back-pack that I use to put my laptop in (in a specific place). I use the Rezo as an optionnal pouch for my D700 and two lenses (28 300 VC Tamron and Nikon 60mm micro AFD).
Of course I can use it whenever I want, taking it out of my back-pack to get only the camera gear, and when I need to put something else in my back-pack (clothes...).
I appreciate the all weather (AW) cover, that I didn't got on my old lowepro camera bag.
There is also a soft cover, inside the bag, to protect the camera screen.

Good quality, well padded bag with lots of storage nichesand built-in rain cover. However, after using the smallerLowepro Rezo TLZ 20 bag for 2+ years including on two major,multi-week trips under challenging conditions, I find thelack of quick access to my camera with the 170 bag to be amajor disadvantage and a big step backward for my travelneeds. If additional padding, larger capacity, and pocketsfor accessories are more important to you than compact sizeand quick access to your camera, then this bag might meetyour needs.
Expertise: Advanced Amateur
Problems Encountered: As stated by previous viewer, the buckled flap, which I feelshould provide quick access to the camera like the Rezo 20bag, is opposite the actual zippered access to the camera. For my travel needs with two camera bodies and two zoomlenses, I'm going back to the Rezo TLZ 20 bag for eachcamera/lens even with my new, larger E-3 with 12-60 lensbecause: 1) they fit more conveniently in my backpack, 2)they are protected from the elements while hiking andexploring, and, mostly, 3) I need to have quick access tothem when photo opportunities arise. If the easy accessbuckled flap on the 170 were on the other side of the bagand opened to the camera compartment, I would give this bagall 5 stars.

I do most of my shopping online, but I went to the store for a camera bag because I wanted to get a really comfortable one. [...]Bag wears across your shoulders, very light weight, perfect size for my new D7000 + 2 lenses (28-300 and 10-24) + flash. I love the reverse flip-top that opens away from your body.[...]awesome bag.

Upon unpacking the bag, I noticed they included a nice diagram on how to best pack your camera using the bag and that helped a lot. The bag has nice padding and partitions to protect camera, additional lenses, batteries, etc. I like organized bags and this looks to be a good one. Feels comfortable when slung over your shoulder as well. Looking forward to using it!

My camera with it's attached lens 18mm-55mm and a 18-'200mm lens fits just fine and leaves me room for charger and extra battery. I am pleased with the bag.

This is a great product - I recently purchased it with my new EOS Rebel T2i for a trip to Hawaii. The bag fit my needs perfectly. It hauled around my camera, two lenses, cords and other accessories. It wasn't too big and bulky but was enough protection (and I put it to the test!). I wish some of the pockets were a bit bigger but I really can't complain much about this bag. I hope to take it on more trips in the very near future!

Ample adjustable padding made this bag the perfect fit for a Nikon D90 with an 18-105mm lens and a 70-300mm lens. No wasted space.

Comments about Lowepro Rezo 170 AW Camera Shoulder Bag:
Just large enough without getting cumbersome. I place a full size flash at one end, a SD wallet in the middle under my canon SX20is and still have 2 inch wide pocket for extras at the other end. I locate my camera on its small end with the lens facing outward so that I can use one hand to pick-up the camera safely and I am ready to shoot. Additionally, it has a rain coat that pops out of botton pocket for those who go for a water park ride. Excellant!

Comments about Lowepro Rezo 170 AW Camera Shoulder Bag:
I needed a bag to hold my Nikon D5000 with a 18-200mm lens plus a 35mm lens. I needed something I could carry around all day while walking around Disney World. After trying a couple of bags that were too big or too heavy, this one fit my needs perfectly. Big enough for the D5000 with the zoom lens attached (with the hood reversed), room for the 35mm lens with some room left over for some lens cleaning stuff.

I use this bag to carry and protect my flashes. I can accomodate:
- 2 x 430EX & 1 Sigma 530 Super with pouches
or
- 3 x 430EX & Sigma 530 w/out pouches
Also, the front compartment is perfect for my wireless triggers, some batteries and sync cables.

Comments about Lowepro Rezo 170 AW Camera Shoulder Bag:
I like that it accommodates the EOS 7D w/ lens attached. I also carry a lens hood and a charger, so there's not tons of extra room for a 2nd lens. Good for basic protection and storage, though.

I ordered this bag for my gear[...]Regretfully, it is too small for the kit I purchased (D90 plus 18-105 lens and 70-300 lens).[...]It's large enough for your camera and ONE lens, but not much more in the way of peripherals.

Comments about Lowepro Rezo 170 AW Camera Shoulder Bag:
The Lowepro Rezo 170 AW is an excellent shoulder bag for the following use. The Pentax K-x with the 55-300mm lens nicely fits vertically on one side. With one adjustable velcro divider in place the 18-55mm lens can be placed horizontally on the other side with room for two more lenses of a similar size. Another adjustable velcro divider is provided to permit other configurations. A velcro compartment is provided in the top flap that is suitable for additional memory cards. A stretchy side pocket is available for accessories such as lens cleaning materials and it has an attached micro fiber cloth at the top. There is a zippered front pocket that is large enough to accomodate manuals of the Pentax K-x and lenses. The pocket also has side pouches that are ideal for storing spare AA batteries, such as the Energizer Lithiums, which have a 15-year shelf life, work in extreme temperatures and are 33% lighter than alkaline batteries. The bag has an adjustable padded shoulder strap that is comfortable. The manufacturers sheet states that the outer material is tough and water-resistant. I haven't tested this claim but the bag does look robust and it is compact and looks good.

When the the huge box with the D90, 18mm-105mm lense, 70mm-300mm lense, filter, extra battery, etc, I had my doubts everything would fit...but it did...not much room to spare...a great travel bag. Fits everything you NEED.

I purchased this bag to use as a walk-around for everyday shooting. The bag itself is well-made and appears to be quite durable. I use it to carry my Canon 50D DSLR camera and the Canon 580EX II flash. They both fit, but it's a little snug for my tastes. Overall, it would be ideal for a smaller camera and flash.

I use this bag to carry my D90 along with my speedlight. It's pretty spacy and is waterproof (theres some sort of waterproof cover in a seperate pocket that you can easily put on) and padded. It comes with removable/adjustable deviders which are useful. The small frontpocket is a little to small to fit anything but memory cards.

Great bag for beginners, camera sits nice and snug, well padded from all sides.
If you are like me that you like to carry all your accessories, cables and such with you then you will outgrow this bag very quickly.
