I have a nikon d7000 with the 18-105 lens and took it on a cruise to california and the hawian islands. the strap the camera came with was not comfortable at all! I ordered this strap and had to wait about 2 months to get it. Itr was worth the wait. Ah a last my camera is comfortable Thank you B&H .

It seem that shoulder straps for current up-market Nikon cameras are made of a flexible material that rolls up like a rope. These straps are uncomfortable and tiring. The stiffer material that was formerly used seems to have dissappeared from the D3s and D700 line.
Enter the Nikon AN-6w shoulder strap. This is made of a stiffer material that does not roll up. The result is a comfortable camera carrying experience.
Neat color too.

This is my second strap, Its my signature strap. My first one out lasted two cameras, and it finaly wore out. This strap is hard to find, but B&H came through, as normal. This strap is wide and doesn't slip or cut into my neck. Looks great. I will be ordering another before they are all gone. I can't find any faults with it.

Bought one from B&H about ten years ago for my F4e and am still using it on my D700. In my opinion the best Nikon camera strap money can buy. I also bought the yellow one which is just as fine. Highly recommend it for the expensive Nikon's like the D3,D3s and D3x line.

This is the perfect neckstrap for your Nikon camera. I tried a lot of different straps with both clips, neoprene and other functions. The clips on straps seem to always be in the way when used, and other straps usually are a bit too thin for when you have a big lens on.
There is also a good argument to be made about its design, as I do not like to flaunt the camera model to everyone. The colour is a bit retro but I love it. I use this strap for all my nikons.
