This Berlebach Extra Short Center Column (4", 10 cm) replaces the standard column on their tripods, and allows the user to take full advantage of the variable leg spread on these units, so that you are not inhibited by the length of the column as to how low you can go.
Ideal for low angle work. It is available with 1/4", 3/16" or 5/8" threads.
