The MediaFlex8BAL-VGA Composite Video, Balanced Stereo & VGA Presentation Switcher from Knox Video is a high-performance switcher designed to accept up to eight feeds and connect any one of these inputs to the eight available outputs. This series of switchers is available in numerous models to support a wide array of audio and video formats. Choose the model that meets your specific needs. This switcher is well suited for corporate presentations, educational programs, residential media centers, sports bars, and restaurants, among many other possible uses.
The MediaFlex16-VGA is designed specifically to support Composite video and balanced stereo with 8x8 inputs and outputs. It also includes an independent 8x8 VGA matrix in the same chassis to route high-resolution sources. The VGA matrix allows you to send signals from devices such as graphics generators and laptop PCs to several downstream devices such as data monitors and LCD projectors without a loss of resolution.
This model includes a VT (Volume & Tone) Control Package that allows you to manage your audio feeds with more precision in a number of different areas. Audio controls include volume, bass, treble, balance, input trim, mute, loudness, and timed fader. Each output can be adjusted individually for optimal quality. Alternatively, a practical salvo command allows you to adjust all zones at once.
Front-panel control options include a dual LCD display, RS-232 port, and contact closures. This unit is fully compatible with Creston, AMX, and Leightronix event & touch-screen controllers. The switcher is housed in a compact, 4U, rackmount chassis.
