    The AMT A95 is a miniature condenser microphone specifically designed to capture drums and percussion instruments with pristine detail and accuracy. The A95's miniature profile is claimed to be of the smallest for drum and percussion capturing, enabling the microphone to remain unobtrusive to the player and audience.

    The wide, flat frequency response results in transparent signal reproduction without coloration and low-frequency noise or coloration. The A95 features an in-line preamplifier with an XLR-male connection. The preamplifier provides 12 - 52vDC phantom power from an external source. A work-horse in sound reinforcement and recording applications, the A95 excels when capturing toms, snare drum, conga, timbales and much more.

    The A95 is among the smallest microphones used for drums and percussion. The low profile is perfect for players while remaining inconspicuous on stage.

    The integrated clamp style mount features special dampening to reduce structure noise.

    A flat, wide frequency response of 30Hz to 20kHz results in transparent, accurate signal reproduction.
    • Cardioid Polar Pattern
    The cardioid polar pattern effectively reduces off-axis signal and residual noise that causes feedback and leakage.

    The A95's size is partly due to the external, in-line preamplifier stage. The preamplifier is terminated with a 3-pin XLR output connection.
