Increases reproduction ratios to nearly 11x, depending on lens and mount configuration. Modular close-up and macro system, which supports aperture priority auto exposure & TTL flash metering control. Bellows extension range is from 48 to 208mm.

I am just getting started in close-up photography and purchased the PB-6. It has been a great addition to my studio. Because of its magnification, dust particles look huge (I am photographing gems for a client).
I had to make an additional purchase of an extension tube to actually get this to work with my camera (D300). I also ended up buying a dedicated lens for the bellows (See accessories recomended below).
I did have some issues with the rails hitting the lightbox that I was using as I was focusing, but it was easily resolved. I like this much better than macro lenses or close-up filters.
