The Altman 65Q Fresnel Light is one of the most economical focusing 6" Fresnel lights available. A lightweight, short throw, all purpose lighting device, it produces a soft edged beam which varies in diameter from 4.2-21' at a throw distance of 15'.

The 65Q is used in theatre for acting area lighting where beam shaping is not required or in television studios for key and backlighting. Other uses include nightclubs, museums and show windows where soft edge controlled lighting is required.

The Altman PAR 64 is a low cost, versatile lighting fixture designed for diverse applications. Intensities and beam spreads are a function of the bulb selected for use in the fixture. One unit can serve multiple purposes simply by changing the bulb.

With an oval shaped orientational beam and a 1000W bulb, the PAR 64 is ideal for use in concerts, nightclubs, television and film remotes and architectural applications where maximum flexibility is desired in a small, compact package.

The Altman Luminator Follow Spot is a ruggedly constructed short to medium throw 410 watt follow spot that produces a narrow, hard or soft edged beam which zooms from 1.3° to 9.3°. The Luminator can be used in any application where manual control of a lighting beam is required to follow a performer and to vary beam size, quality and color.

At its tightest spot setting (with Iris) the Luminator throws a beam 106 footcandles, 1.4 feet in diameter @ 60 feet.
At widest flood, it throws a beam 45 footcandles 9.7 feet in diameter, @ 60 feet. A 360 Watt bulb is included.

The Altman 360-PH is an aluminum holder with 2.75" opening for patterns, templates or gobos inside the Altman 360, 360Q, Shakespeare 6 and 4.5 Series ellipsoidal spotlights. It holds size "B" metal gobos.

This Altman 510 Malleable Iron Pipe Clamp enables attachment of almost any light fixture with a flat blade yoke to an overhead pipe, or tubular truss.

It adjusts to pipe diameters 0.75" - 1.5", and includes 0.5"-13 fixture attachment bolt.

This Altman Four Leaf Barndoor Set will fit any light head that will accept a 7.5 x 7.5" (19 x 19 cm) accessory.

Barndoors, Snoots, Grids, and Filters are essential accessories for any lighting system. These devices alter the shape, intensity, or color of the light output from your flash heads. Consider them as a painter would a brush, or a sculptor would a knife, or chisel.

Use of a barndoor set will result in a shaft of light, when it is attached to the front of the reflector of your light source. The size of the shaft of light will be determined by the opening of the leaves, and the distance of the light from the subject. Rotating the barndoor set will determine the angle of the shaft of light.
