Tote Vision LCD-501 5-Inch Portable LCD Monitor with NTSC/PAL Auto Switching, Stereo Audio Input and Headphone Output and Audio, Video and Power Adapter Cables
The Tote Vision LCD-501 is a 5-inch portable LCD monitor for private monitoring. The unit does not have a built-in speaker but it accepts stereo audio and outputs stereo for a headphone through a mini connector. It can display both NTSC and PAL system video and detects the video system automatically. The LCD panel has 600 horizontal x 234 vertical pixels for a very high quality image. This model comes standard with an AC adapter. Optional power adapters are available including a cigarette lighter connectors for a car battery and even an Anton Bauer battery adapter plate. A 1/4-20 mounting point allows the LCD-501 to be placed on top a video camera, on a table stand or on various accessory arms, brackets and mounting solutions.
- Audio Input and Output
- The LCD-501 does not have a speaker but it does accept 2-RCA stereo audio. A mini jack outputs the stereo audio to headphones.
- World Wide Compatibility
- The LCD-501 will display both NTSC and PAL video in high resolution color. The unit has an auto detect function that switches video systems by itself.
- Power Options
- The monitor comes with the AC-1000 AC adapter so it may be plugged into any 110 volt household outlet. A cigarette lighter adapter, the DC-12 lets the monitor be powered by a car battery. The DC-12D will connect two monitors to the car battery. The optional BP-5000 allows an Anton Bauer Proformer video battery power the unit. The BB-5000 bracket is required if you want to mount the battery directly to the monitor.
