If your .965" telescope has a 36.4mm drawtube and the right threads this turns it into a 1.25" telescope. Not an eyepiece adapter or hybrid diagonal, this is the same Vixen piece as found on their 1.25" telescopes. Very useful!
Be sure it fits before ordering.

Vintage Japanese telescopes often have superb main optics but truly miserable 0.965" eyepieces. Simple solution: If your vintage refractor uses a 36.4mm thread simply unscrew the old 0.965 inch eyepiece adapter and replace it with this Vixen adapter and you can use high quality 1.25 eyepieces /accessories. This simple accessory allowed me to get the best performance ever from my 50 year old f16 refractor.
