Comments about Norbert Camera K-OSE Offset Shoe Extender:
Very expensive for what it is, but also very nicely machined and very high quality feel/appearance. I got this because my Rode Stereo Video Mic with the deadcat on it shows in the picture on my Panasonic GS-500. It is so close to the lens that the fur hangs down into the picture. Unfortunately the mounting foot on this bracket is much longer than a standard shoe, and the eyepiece won't extend far enough out to allow it to be mounted. It needs a clear shot behind the shoe you are mounting it to. It will BARELY fit on my GS-400, and I mean barely, you'll scratch the eyepiece when you force it in. Very nice quality (and expensive) if it will fit your camera. I'd give it 5 stars for quality, 1 start for price, and 2 stars due to it not fitting.
