The Fuji FinePix S3 Pro features the one-of-a-kind Super CCD SR sensor - designed specifically for professional photography. This proprietary technology creates a wider dynamic range to produce images that approach true photographic quality. The FinePix S3 Pro has a unique body designed and crafted to Fujifilm specifications. The solid, one-piece body is made from a durable polycarbonate and has a F-mount lens fitting for Nikon lens compatibility.
Compatibile with Nikon F-mount Lens
Industry-standard Nikon F-mount in the FinePix S3 Pro accommodates a full range of Nikkor F-series lenses - including AF-D, AF-G and AF-S type professional optics.
D-TTL Exposure Metering System
The FinePix S3 Pro offers Intelligent Flash with the D-TTL full-aperture exposure metering system providing outstanding results with all Nikon compatible speed lights. This allows you to take advantage of a host of creative lighting options, even on location.
Dual Shutter Release Buttons
The FinePix S3 Pro is equipped with convenient dual shutter release buttons to allow optimum comfort and stability in both horizontal and vertical orientations.
Dual Media Slots
The FinePix S3 Pro features dual media slots, accepting both xD-Picture Card and CompactFlash (type I, type II & Microdrive) media
High Resolution LCD
The 2.0-inch 235,000-pixel LCD monitor delivers crisp, clear images and approx. 100% coverage of frame, as does the viewfinder. The camera also has a convenient LCD data display to indicate shooting information and settings.
Dual Digital Interface
The FinePix S3 Pro offers both high-speed IEEE1394 (for camera control and data transfer) and USB 2.0 (for data transfer). These interfaces save time as well as help minimizing transfer error.
Efficient Power Usage
The FinePix S3 Pro is extremely efficient power-wise, running solely on four AA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries
Built-in PC Sync Outlet
The PC-Sync connection allows strobes or other external flash systems to be connected to the FinePix S3 Pro. Flash sync speed is 1/180th of a second.
USB Direct Print (PictBridge)
When the camera is connected to a PictBridge supported printer, you have complete control of the Printers' functions including automatic printing using DPOF, index printing, partial image printing, multiple copy printing, exact size printing and more. It's amazingly simple because you operate it all straight from your camera. All without ever touching a computer.
