Recently I became a big fan of Singh-ray graduated neutral density filters. I began hand holding them for my landscape photography but found that shooting at dawn meant long exposures and hand holding my filters was not practical especially if I have to stack 2 filters together. My hands are just not steady enough. Add to this cold temperatures and you have a recipe for a blurry photo. So I purchased the Z-pro. Things seem so much easier now. Just use Live View to position your filters and slide them down until you see the results you want. I'm very happy with this filter holder.

Not too crazy about the holder's attachment mechanism: three tiny, plastic push pins. Seems that the designers could have come up with something a bit more robust and better thought out. When the holder is attached to the ring, the two bottom pins block the first filter slot and prevent you from being able to adjust the position of the filter, rendering the first slot pretty much useless. The Z-Pro also vignettes more than expected when using wide angle lenses, especially on a full-frame camera. I returned my Z-Pro and purchased a Lee foundation kit holder with the wide angle adapter ring...the differences are like night and day.

Comments about Cokin Z-PRO Filter Holder (Requires Adapter Ring):
I had a very brief wait for this filter holder, but my wait was so worth it, I am beyond thrilled to be using this holder with my 4"x6" Cokin and Singh Ray filters. The constuction of the holder is excellent, just enough tolerance to adjust the graduated ND filter. I've counted on Cokin for years, their products never let me down.

[...] It's a very versatile piece of equipment. Can handle multiple filters, and even works well with my 18mm lense without vigneting. I highly recommend this product.

Comments about Cokin Z-PRO Filter Holder (Requires Adapter Ring):
My only concern with this adapter is the vignetting that occurs at the widest angle 10mm-12mm on a 10-22mm lens.
Comments about Cokin Z-PRO Filter Holder (Requires Adapter Ring):
I returned this for the Lee holder instead because the Cokin Z-Pro doesn't allow a 4x6 to slide freely in both directions in the first slot due to the stub that holds the adapter ring. Much happier with the Lee.

Sturdy, versatile holder. Makes my old Cokin P-holder seem like a cheap toy. Holds up to three filters with no vignetting when using ultra-wide lenses like Nikon’s 12-24.
