Used it in tandem with the Cokin Z-pro filter holder. For the price, the performance of the setup exceeded my expectation. It performs not far from the more expensive counterpart.

Works fine although I had a metal B+W polarizer filter stick to my last one -- couldn't remove it so I had to buy this new one. Not sure if the problem was with the adapter or filter.

This metal adaptor ring is well made. I don't use it with a holder though. Instead I sometimes attach a 4x6 filter to it with a pair of plastic clips (I learned this idea from an article published on the Singh-Ray blog).
