- At ISO 100, Fujichrome Velvia 100 provides a more useful speed for greater flexibility in varied shooting situations.
- Ultra-high-saturated color reproduction
- Color saturation is an important feature of Fujichrome 50. Recognizing this, and by incorporating advanced cyan, magenta, and yellow couplers as well as CEL (Color-Extension Layer) technology, new Fujichrome Velvia 100 gives photographers the saturation they require with the added advantages of higher speed and finer grain.

- Fujichrome Velvia 100 boasts an RMS* granularity of 8**, a significant improvement over Velvia 50 and ranking it alongside other Fujifilm professional film products, such as Fujichrome Astia 100F, Fujichrome Provia 100F and Fujichrome Velvia 100F.
- Improved color stability
- The new color couplers employed in Fujichrome Velvia 100 significantly improve color stability and freedom from fading/shift over conventional films.
- Improved versatility
- Fujichrome Velvia 100 can accept push/pull processing from - 1/2 stop to + 1 stop with minimal changes to color balance and gradation. Push can even be extended to up to 2 stops, depending on the subject, allowing easy and precise correction of exposure and density.

As the title says,
This is the only film i use in both my linhof 617 and hasselblad 503cw.
The depth of colour and contrast I have found is second to no other film.
Word of warning though is that you will need an accurate light metre to get the best results out of this film because if you are 1 stop off correct exposure you wont get the best results and fully get the most out of the film

Used this film for an interiors photo shoot. Shot side by side with a high end 35mm DSLR. Then sent the film for processing and scans. I was blown away with the results. Looking to pick up some more medium format film backs so I can go out and shoot some more.
Pros: Great saturation, super sharp, scans great
Cons: Iso is a little low, but it's twice as fast as before and in controled light and outdoors it's great

I have a medium format Kiev 60 and I only shoot Velvia with it. You get gorgeous colors, but you have to be patient and wait for the perfect moment in the day. I am always unhappy with the sky color from digital cameras, but Velvia hits the spot. I wish I had more time to shoot with it. I don't worry much about the grain, especially with medium format film.
Cons: you have to spend a lot of money for development if you shoot a lot, but it's not a big deal.
