This 12/18K Watt electronic ballast is usually sold as part of a Desisti kit. It runs on 185-265 AC voltage. It includes a travel case, for ease of transport. When your fixture is fitted with a 18,000 watt HMI bulb, this ballast may dim the output by switching the cable over to the lower voltage socket.
