You do not get what you see on the web site. No car adapter, no Dimmer, no arm mount, and only cto jell. The battery doesn't seam to charge to full read out on led scale. Very disappointed !!!!

Comments about Litepanels Single LED Flood Kit:
We took this with us while shooting a documentary/interview based professional piece. The output was just what we needed to add depth and color. Battery worked great and recharges super fast. No real down time. Used arm mount attached to a tripod. Worked great.

Comments about Litepanels Single LED Flood Kit:
This item is NOT ready for prime time. 1) There is no on/off switch. You either dim it down or unplug the mini cable that comes with the unit. 2) The mini-cable. Once unconnected.... what do you do with it? I take the camera off my shoulder and gaffer the cable to the back of the light. Then I put the camera back on my shoulder. Try doing that a few dozen times. 4) Lose the cable and the light is rendered useless. 4) The housing is made of a maleable pot metal. Hence, when you screw a 1/4-20 stud into the light to mount....if you're not very precise you'll strip the threads. This was a regrettable purchase.

I Shoot a 18 series TV show up up in canada that's been running for 25+ years. Since getting this kit i've been using it 10x's more than i thought i originally would. Great bright consistant light. Battery lasts great... if you need more power you can swap out batteries fast.
It's just a little heavy on the cam which throws it off balance a little.. but not really any issue at all.
Highly recommended.

Comments about Litepanels Single LED Flood Kit:
Bought it specifically for ENG. Compact and powerful for its size. 25 watts makes a nice fill. Need to be relatively close for outdoor but excellant indoor. The color correction gels come in assorted degrees of correction. I also purchased a 12v plug adapter for use in the car during shooting. Can be mounted on a light spud or a magic arm. Be careful that you understand which lite you are purchasing. 5600, 3200 or infrared.Pros: 25watts are powerful enough. Durable and compact. Carry case is nice for organizing but not for shipping on its own. Cons: A little heavy for the mounting arm provided.

I'm very happy with this kit. Gives off great light and uses very little power compared to old lights. My only negative is that I wish there was a better/faster way to attach with a camera with an inverted shoe adapter.

Great unit, very diverse. I use it on camera and sometimes just drop it in for extra light. I love it.
