Specifically optimized to capture bass instruments and kick drums, the AKG D11 Dynamic Microphone is a durable, cost effective microphone that delivers the low frequency energy of bass instruments while maintaining the punch that's expected of a quality kick drum microphone. The microphone is capable of handling high sound pressure levels (SPL) without noise and distortion caused by aggressive bass frequencies and transients. The rugged, all-metal body features an integrated stand adapter for easy mounting and positioning. A 16' microphone cable is included. The D11 is a suitable kick drum microphone for live sound reinforcement and recording.
